I'm Alexis – photographer, adventure guide, and your new BFF. The girl with hiking boots on and a camera lens in front of her face, who's completely obsessed with telling the most beautiful, authentic love stories. I believe your wedding day should feel sacred and intimate, not overly staged or forced. Other photographers might condense your day down to rigid timelines and shot lists, but that’s just never been my style. I don’t think that authentic moments can happen when we try to fit ourselves into boxes. You need space to breathe, just be, and let the day unfold as it’s meant to.
That’s why my work is driven by presence, empathy, and intentionality.
I approach every elopement as both a storyteller and a guide, helping you slow down, tune out the noise, and make choices that genuinely fill you up + get you excited to celebrate the first day of the rest of your lives together. When you look back on your photos, I want you to feel what it was like to be there in that moment. Not just see how it looked. That’s the power of empathy-driven documentation.

TLDR: Alexis Pollard Photo is a stunning choice. Not only is Alexis a talented photographer and storyteller, but she is also an amazing friendly person who brings so much joy and fun into photography sessions, capturing your most treasured memories.
Long version: I found Alexis on Instagram after searching every hashtag I could and scrolling through online portfolios. After dozens of inquiries and discovery calls, my husband and I sat down with Alexis for our call and just started yapping away with an instant matched energy connection. We were about to end the call before we even talked about the photos (LOL)! She is professional, approachable, relatable, and most of all adaptable to make sure that your day is so special and captured. Looking at our gallery, she even captured details I didn't notice at first glance. All this to say, that you could not ask for a better person to handle the task of your day!
